Ingredients : -
- chopped Coriander - 1 cup
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Ginger - 4 small cut pieces
- Small onions - 7
- Green chilies - 2
- Egg - 4
- Oil
- mustard
- Curry leaves
- Salt as reqd.
Recipe:-
- Add Coriander,garlic,ginger,green chilies & salt and prepare green paste using mixer-grinder.
- Boil the eggs for 15 mins and peel off the hard shell.
- Cut the eggs vertically into 2 slices and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in the pan for a while and add mustard wait until sputters and then add curry leaves
- Add the green paste to the pan and saute the paste for 2 mins until the raw odor goes away
- Place the sliced eggs in the pan and gently spread the paste all over the eggs.
Serving Size :- 2 to 3
Tips:-
This recipe has to be cooked in simmer.
